Africa Safari Book ("we," "us," "our") operates a website that lists and compares safari tours, national park information, and tour operators across Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda. We are a marketplace and information platform — we are not a tour operator, and we do not organize, guide or operate any safari, trek or excursion ourselves.
2. The Booking Relationship
Every tour listed on this site is owned, priced and operated by an independent third-party tour operator. When you submit an inquiry or booking request through this site, that request is passed to the relevant operator, and any resulting contract for travel services is between you and that operator directly — not with Africa Safari Book.
We make reasonable efforts to verify that listed operators are legitimate businesses, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any operator's pricing, availability, itinerary details, licensing status, or service quality. Confirm all trip details, cancellation terms and payment arrangements directly with the operator before paying any deposit.
3. Accuracy of Listings
Tour prices, itineraries, inclusions and park information are provided by operators or compiled from general travel information and may change without notice. Always confirm current pricing, availability and park entry requirements directly with the operator or relevant park authority before finalizing travel plans.
4. Using This Site
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's involvement, to submit an inquiry or booking request.
- You agree not to use this site to submit false inquiries, scrape content, or interfere with its normal operation.
- Content on this site — including text, photos and design — belongs to Africa Safari Book or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except tour content which belongs to the listing operator.
5. Payments
Africa Safari Book does not process payments for tours booked through this site. Any deposits or payments are made directly to the tour operator, using whatever payment method that operator arranges with you.
6. Liability
Safari travel, wildlife viewing, mountain trekking and related activities carry inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Africa Safari Book is not liable for any injury, loss, cancellation, delay or dispute arising from a tour booked through a listed operator. Your recourse for any issue with a booked trip is with the operator you booked with, and where applicable, their travel insurance or bonding arrangements.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
