Overview
Mgahinga is Uganda's smallest national park and sits within the Virunga volcanic range shared with Rwanda and the DR Congo. Alongside its single habituated gorilla group, it's one of the only places to track golden monkeys, an endangered primate restricted to high-altitude bamboo forest in this specific mountain range.
