Central Island is an active volcanic formation rising from Lake Turkana, its crater lakes providing a major nesting ground for Nile crocodiles. This is an extremely remote destination reached by boat, offering a genuinely different wildlife encounter from the Big Five safaris found elsewhere in our range.
