Overview
Nyerere's biggest distinction from the northern circuit parks is the boat safari - the Rufiji River lets you view hippos, crocodiles and riverside wildlife from the water, alongside conventional game drives on land. It's part of Tanzania's southern circuit and reached by air, which keeps the park genuinely uncrowded.
