Overview
Accommodation throughout is premium lodges or luxury tented camps, often with private decks or plunge pools, with a private pop-up-roof 4x4 exclusively for your group and driver-guide. This tier is built around top-tier camps, a private vehicle for the whole trip, and a slower, more indulgent pace between game drives.
This itinerary is weighted toward the parks and game drive timing that give the best realistic chance of spotting all of the Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino — on a single trip.

Kilimanjaro International Airport and Arusha Airport are the most common arrival points for northern Tanzania safaris.
Transfer Information
Arusha is the starting point for this route. Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) is the usual arrival point, with Arusha Airport handling some domestic connections. Ask your operator about arranging the transfer from the airport.
