The Northern Circuit is Kilimanjaro's longest standard route, adding extra days to circle around the mountain's remote northern side, rarely seen by climbers on other routes. The additional time and gradual ascent profile give it the highest reported summit success rate among all Kilimanjaro routes, at some cost in overall trip length and price.
